Update on the Inventor Design Competition

The lastest news is that the top five inventor design finalists were recognized by the "Teddies and Phillies." Team 701 was recognized for the Best Presentation of an Assembly. We received in the mail just the other day several tutorial manuals and some Autodesk software (Inventor and Mechanical Desktop). They also sent a hat that has "Autodesk" written on the back and "Expert" writting on the front. I'm not much of an individual to wear baseball-like caps, but Mr. Green tossed it to me anyway, and I will most likely wear it from time to time. I'm very honored that Team 701's entry was in the top five and to have been a part of that team.

From here on out, there may be a couple more blogs concerning Robotics (such as over the summer regarding the Inventor Workshops I will be hosting for other students), but for the most part, this blog is facing a close on the Robotics Topic. Eventually, it will be reserved for my personal outlet of news upon attending Cal Poly.
